Our fish dumplings are handmade daily at our central kitchen. The skin is made from pure yellowtail fish with no fillers/preservatives/surimi, kneaded and shaped into a delicate paper-thin consistency to wrap juicy, fragrant pork filling.
Please keep frozen and consume within 1 month from date of production
- Thaw and run through with boiling water to remove flour dusting
- Put in boiling water/soup for 2 mins
- Ready to serve
